What are the delivery charges for orders from TwinkleStar?

For orders over 10$ we will be free of US domestic shipping, and for orders under 10$ we will charge an additional 2$ shipping fee.

Which payment methods are accepted in TwinkleStar?

There are 3 ways to pay at twinklestar
– Method 1: Use mastercard
– Method 2: Via Paypal payment gateway
– Method 3: Via the payment gateway Stripe

How long will delivery take?

Transportation time from our warehouse to customers in the period of 15-20 days. If after 30 days the customer does not receive the product, we will refund the money and send a 20% discount coupon instead of our apology.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All customer information will be kept strictly confidential and we will not disclose any customer information to third parties. In addition, the payment information of customers will be completely secure when payment via paypal or stripe.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After receiving the customer’s order we will send the confirmation email and schedule the delivery to the customer. If you have any other inquiries please email [email protected]

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

For all orders we send a self-signed invoice with a purchase confirmation email.

In which case will be paid product and refund ?

In case the product is not the same as the description, broken or over 30 days of shipping, we will give the total amount of money to customers with apologies and a 20% discount for the next purchase.
